1. The service
Fart Bait (formerly “Fart With Friends,” “FWF,” “we,” “us”) is an entertainment / prank web app operated by Robert Maxcy. You create shareable links that play a sound after a bait presentation. This is for laughs between consenting adults who understand it’s a joke. It is not a shopping site, not adult content hosting, and not affiliated with any brand shown in bait pages.
2. Ownership
Fart Bait (formerly Fart With Friends) — including the product name, website, user interface, original text and copy, graphics, application code, and original audio recordings — is owned by Robert Maxcy. All rights reserved. First public launch: October 27, 2026 at https://fart-with-friends.vercel.app. Unauthorized copying, scraping for clone products, redistribution of original audio, or reuse of our UI/copy is prohibited and may be enforced under copyright and other applicable law.
Open-source libraries remain under their own licenses. Third-party brand names or shopping UI styles appearing in bait pages are used only as parody / joke context; we claim no ownership of those brands and no affiliation with them.
3. Eligibility & acceptable use
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Don’t use FWF to harass, defraud, phish, or impersonate for crime. Don’t send links to people who can’t consent to a prank. Don’t attempt to break checkout, redeem systems, or other users’ codes.
4. Purchases & redeem codes
Paid packs and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Each Fart Pack purchase issues a unique one-time redeem code. The first successful redeem unlocks the stated number of link credits; after that the code cannot be reused. Sharing an unused code means someone else may redeem it instead of you. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
5. No warranties
The service is provided “as is.” Sound playback depends on the recipient’s device and browser. We don’t guarantee virality, delivery in every messenger, or uninterrupted uptime.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the prank links or the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
